If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the item to return the item back to us. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return and we will provide an address for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred. We have the right to deny returns if they do not meet our return policy and the item will be returned to customer. Items must be returned within the 14 days.
*Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their tags attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of clothing, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
Mama Mai applies an extensive quality control, however if damaged goods do occur, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to request an exchange.
If you received wrong order, you will be refunded your original delivery charge should you request a refund. Otherwise, please return the item back to us and the correct item will be sent out to you.
If the return is a result of a change of mind you will not be refunded the original postage cost.
Please note that we do not offer returns for sale items unless the garment is faulty.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and 10-12 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
We do not offer exchanges currently. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order.
